How to tell if you are out of alignment

If you feel resistance, exhaustion, or frustration, it is not just something to push through. It is a sign that something in your life might need to shift.

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize those signals instead of numbing them, dismissing them, or convincing yourself they do not matter.

Because the moment you stop ignoring yourself, everything changes.
