Are you underestimating yourself?

Hello,
Be honest.

How often do you dismiss your own progress?
How often do you focus on what you have not done instead of what you have?
How often do you assume others are more capable, more confident, or more ready than you?

Most people do not see themselves clearly. They underestimate their own resilience, their own wisdom, and the strength they have already built.

They assume their small steps do not count.
They believe they need more proof before they can trust themselves.
They forget everything they have already overcome.

But here is something to think about.

If someone else had lived your exact life, faced your challenges, and made it through—what would you admire about them?

Because that person is you.

📝 Journaling Prompt: What is one way you have been underestimating yourself? What would change if you fully recognized your own strength?

You have already come further than you think.

With kind regards,

But that day does not come. Clarity does not happen through waiting. It happens through choosing. You do not need...

Hello, How much time have you spent trying to change things about yourself that were never really a problem? Maybe you have spent years trying to be more disciplined, more outgoing, or more structured—believing that if you could just fix those things, everything would finally fall into place.
