One prompt I use every week

Hello,
Ever sat down to “create content” and… nothing?
The cursor blinks, the page stays empty, and your brain suddenly decides it has no ideas.

Here’s one of my favorite ways to break the block:

👉 Ask AI: “Give me 10 different angles to talk about [my topic] on social media.”

Even if you don’t use all 10, one of them will spark something.
You’ll have a starting point — and that’s all you really need.

Next time you’re stuck, try it. It takes 30 seconds and can save you hours.

Hope this little tip lightens your workload today.

With kind regards,

Hello, There was a friend I used to call whenever life felt loud. We collected years of notes and late night messages, the kind you send when you are not sure who you are becoming. Lately, the calls got shorter. We were talking past each other. I would share a win and feel a pinch of guilt in the silence. She would share a crisis and I would feel a pinch of resentment at the weight. There was no fight. No dramatic ending. Just the slow, honest realization that we were not walking the same...

Hello, There are days when the fog in my head feels impossible to clear. No matter how much I think, the answer won’t come. That’s when I turn to one of my simplest, most reliable journaling practices. I set a timer for 5 minutes and write one phrase over and over: “What I really want is…” Each time I finish a line, I write it again. The first few answers are usually surface-level: sleep, less stress, a clean house. But somewhere around the tenth or twelfth line, something deeper begins to...
