Here’s what you’ve learned (and what’s next)

Hello,
Can you believe September is almost over?

This month in these emails, you’ve learned:
✔ How to save hours on writing with AI
✔ Why you don’t need to be techy to build your own GPT
✔ Quick prompts to get unstuck and simplify your day
✔ The truth about AI myths (and how to use it your way)

My hope is that you’re starting to see AI as less “scary robot” and more “friendly sidekick.”

And if you want to keep building skills, experimenting with prompts, and actually enjoying your business again, here are two places I can help:

👉 Ladies of GetBizBot (women-only): https://www.skool.com/ladies-of-getbizbot-2912/about

Either way, I’m cheering for you. Here’s to a smarter, lighter October.

With kind regards,

A lot has changed since then, including the direction of my work, so I thought it made more sense to properly reintroduce myself and tell you what I am doing now. I am Åsa, a social worker turned...

Hello, There was a friend I used to call whenever life felt loud. We collected years of notes and late night messages, the kind you send when you are not sure who you are becoming. Lately, the calls got shorter. We were talking past each other. I would share a win and feel a pinch of guilt in the silence. She would share a crisis and I would feel a pinch of resentment at the weight. There was no fight. No dramatic ending. Just the slow, honest realization that we were not walking the same...

Hello, There are days when the fog in my head feels impossible to clear. No matter how much I think, the answer won’t come. That’s when I turn to one of my simplest, most reliable journaling practices. I set a timer for 5 minutes and write one phrase over and over: “What I really want is…” Each time I finish a line, I write it again.
